The brief
Warmth, expertise, and a way in.
Tiny Dreamers came to us as a one-woman business with serious credentials — Level 3 qualified in Early Years Child Development, a specialist Baby and Toddler Sleep Practitioner Diploma, 10+ years working with children, and 50+ families helped. What was missing was a website that could communicate all of that without feeling clinical or cold.
The brief: build something that felt like Jasmine. Warm. Knowledgeable. Approachable. A site a sleep-deprived parent could land on at 2am and instantly feel — okay, this person can actually help me.
The approach
Trust first. Tech second.
Every design decision was filtered through one question: does this build trust with a tired parent? The result is a softer, gentler palette of creams and sage greens — warm, reassuring, the opposite of corporate.
The hero headline does the heavy lifting: "Finally, a full night's sleep — for the whole family." Below it, the credentials are surfaced immediately — Level 3 qualified, 50+ families helped, gentle methods. Nothing hidden, no clicks required to feel reassured.
The about section is long and personal on purpose. Parents booking a sleep consultant aren't buying a product — they're trusting someone with their child. The copy gives them the full picture: Jasmine's qualifications, her own experience as a mum (including a child who didn't sleep), and her 24/7 availability during packages.
The detail
Local roots, national reach.
Tiny Dreamers is based in Devon but serves families UK-wide via video consultations. The site needed to win both — local searches in the South West, and national searches for "baby sleep consultant UK."
We built dedicated sections explaining the process, an FAQ that answers the questions parents are actually Googling at 3am, and a clean, friendly booking flow that ends with the line a tired parent needs to read most: "Get sleep now."
